Prince of Songkla University (PSU) offers scholarships to students from AUN member universities to participate in the exchange program at PSU, aimed at fostering international learning experiences and promoting knowledge and cultural exchange among member universities. These scholarships promote student participation in exchange programs and credit transfers facilitated by the ASEAN Credit Transfer System (AUN-ACTS). The scholarship details are as follows:
The scholarships consist of 3 awards, each valued at 40,000 Baht which covers expenses such as airfare, passport and visa fees, health and accident insurance, accommodation, and other expenses related to participating in the exchange program at Prince of Songkla University.#
Terms and conditions for scholarship application:#
The one-semester scholarship for inbound students requires recipients to register for a minimum of 2 onsite courses within the curriculum provided by Prince of Songkla University and participate in student activities for a minimum of 10 hours. Recipients must attend classes throughout the semester as per the university’s academic calendar. These courses must be approved by the home university and qualify for credit transfer, with a minimum of 1 course.#
1) International undergraduate students from the second year onwards or graduate students affiliated with AUN member universities.
2) Must maintain student status at their home university throughout the duration of participation in the program.
3) Must have a GPA of at least 3.00 for undergraduate students and at least 3.50 for graduate students, as of the final semester before the application deadline.
4) Proficiency in English communication skills is required. Applicants with an English certificate will receive special consideration.
5) Must receive acceptance to enroll in courses from the faculty/ department they have selected.#
1) Education and Innovative Learning Academy (EILA) will verify the qualifications of the applicants and notify the faculty/department.
2) The committee will consider selecting students who are proficient in the English language, demonstrate academic potential relevant to the field of study or courses they are applying for, and possess other abilities as deemed appropriate by the committee’s discretion.#
